The Zonta Club of Cape Girardeau is devoted to improving the legal, political, economic, educational, health and professional status of women at the local and international levels.  As part of this mandate, for the past several years, members of the local Zonta Club have presented a series of financial literacy workshops -- including the relationship between power and money, the need for budgeting, the ins and outs of credit, investing, and job preparation (how to build a resume, the how tos of interviewing, and what one needs to do to keep one's job) -- at the Family Counseling Center at least twice a year.  Read about our work in the Southeast Missourian.
